A Halloween theatrical immersive dance party experience at Petite Acres featuring an open bar, heavy appetizers, professional ghost-story, music and dance performances—

and a Monster Bash dance party.

The night before this Halloween, the spirits are gathering at Petite Acres. Your evening begins beside the bonfire with a signature cocktail in hand. Before leaving the fire, visit our vintage writing desk and put something that’s been haunting you onto paper—an old fear, a lingering regret, a grudge you’re ready to release—then cast it into the flames.

 

As darkness settles over the property, lantern-carrying dancers will emerge from across the lawn to guide you into Chateau Aster.

Inside, enjoy an open bar and heavy appetizers as the room transforms into the setting for an original, professionally performed evening of music, dance and ghost stories inspired by the legends and lore of Southwest Michigan. Our ghostly hosts will lead you through tales of a phantom schooner drifting through the fog of Lake Michigan, the powerful Underwater Panther said to inhabit its depths, and the mysteries surrounding Ghost Island in the Galien River Marsh. 

 

But once the final story is told, the dead come alive.

The dancers take the floor, the music turns up and the performance erupts into a Monster Bash—beginning with “Thriller” and carrying on with dancing late into the night. Between dances, step onto the patio for a reading with one of our psychics, tarot readers or palmists.

6:30 PM — Cocktails and “Incinerate What’s Haunting You” by the fire
7:15 PM  — Lantern procession into Chateau Aster; open bar and heavy appetizers
8:00 PM — Ghost stories, music and dance performance
8:30 PM — “Thriller” and the Monster Bash begin
8:30–10:00 PM — Psychic, tarot and palm readings on the patio
10:30 PM — Until next year…

 

Come dressed for a beautifully haunted night.

Halloween costumes and dramatic attire are highly encouraged.

 

The spirits are included. The ghosts may arrive on their own.
